| Article | 1. No outside alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds.
2. Coolers/containers will be checked.
3. Anyone found to be intoxicated or consuming outside alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the premises with an appropriate driver.
4. All visitors will be “carded” and only persons of legal drinking age may purchase and consume wine.
5. Food and wine are not included in the ticket price.
6. Food will be available for sale, or you may bring your own.
7. No pets allowed on concert days.
8. No personal tents.
9. Each advance ticket purchasers must present their ticket when entering gate.
10. No will call.
11. Holder releases management and owner from all liability in the event of accident, damage, theft or any other occurrence while on premises.
12. Concerts will be held rain or shine.
13. No refunds, rain dates or ticket exchanges. |
