The Yadkin Valley Craft Guild
The Yadkin Valley Craft Guild is a non-profit arts organization based in Elkin, NC in the heart of the Yadkin Valley. The Guild represents professional craft artisans in the 18 counties that make up the Yadkin River watershed region.
Ultimately, the Guild proposes to develop and operate a Craft Education Center near the geographic center of the 18 Yadkin River watershed counties.
The Guild's programs will benefit existing and new craft artisans by providing training and education for people interested in an entrepreneurial career or an avocation in fine or heritage crafts.
Our mission is to increase public involvement with fine and heritage crafts through education, mastery-level training, production at high standards and strong marketing.
The vision of the Craft Guild is to become a premier leader in the craft industry, internationally recognized for its commitment to education, training and standards in the production and marketing of fine crafts.
